The law offices of Burkam, Fuller & Herzog are conveniently located one block from the Delaware County Common Pleas Court and across the street from the Delaware County Municipal Court.
The law partnership was originally formed in 1996 when Mr. Burkam left the bench as a Delaware County Municipal Court Judge. The firm handles both civil and criminal litigation. All three of the partners work extensively in the area of domestic relations handling divorces, dissolutions and custody matters. Additionally, the firm handles a wide variety of cases, including personal injury cases, contract disputes, wrongful death claims, and real estate transactions.
The firm would best be described as a general practice law firm offering a wide variety of services to their clients. When a client needs a specialist in a particular area of the law, the firm has established relationships with numerous other law firms and attorneys throughout the area and frequently collaborates with specialized firms to meet the needs of their clients. Generally, the office practices within the counties of Delaware, Morrow, Marion and Union.
